Breaking Spells, Not Spirits™.
What If We’re Not Broken—Just Hiding the Truth?
Sometimes we cry soul tears on waxed floors. 🕯️ You know, the kind of ache that doesn’t come from a stubbed toe or a bad breakup—but the kind that hits the solar plexus when the mirror whispers something raw: “This part of you is still hiding.”
I don’t have all the answers. I’m not here to fix, preach, or perform. What I do know is this: we all carry a few “dark truths” that don’t want to stay in the basement anymore.
And no—“Dark Doesn’t Mean Broken™.”
It might just mean buried. Avoided. Or denied to protect something younger in us that didn’t feel ready.
💬 Sometimes that truth sounds like:
– “I pretend I’m fine because I don’t know how to ask for help.”
– “I shame myself before anyone else can.”
– “I say I don’t care, but I do. Deeply.”
Been there. Still go there. And when I do, the shame is loud—pero la sabiduría is louder.
That’s what happens when “Awareness is the Altar™.”
We hear what we’re actually telling ourselves.
And we get to choose differently.
Here’s what I’m learning (again and again):
✨ Self-deception doesn’t keep us safe—it keeps us stuck.
✨ Awareness isn’t always gentle, but it is sacred.
✨ “Facing Internal ‘Dark Truths™’” isn’t self-hate—it’s soul liberation.
And no, we’re not doing this alone. We never were.
Our ancestors are watching.
Our descendants are waiting.
And the little selves we’ve carried are still listening.
🧬 When we stop performing and start listening, we break the spells they couldn’t.
We offer the kind of healing that talks back to shame and says:
“Oops, That Was Me™.”
And then breathes again.
We're not perfect. Pero we are powerful. Tender. Honest.
“Healing with My Hood Up™.”
If you're crying soul tears, you’re not weak—you’re waking up. 💥
That’s not selfish, it’s sacred. It’s what I call a “SoulCry™.”
