Spiritual Esthetics
Spiritual Esthetics is more than skincare —
it’s a declaration of radical self-awareness, ancestral healing, and emotional liberation. πͺ✨
I’m a Licensed Esthetician and Licensed Esthetics Instructor since 2009 —
not to show off, but to show up and claim what’s possible when someone who came from zero self-esteem learns to see their own worth.
Thanks Ms. Linda, Ms. Silvia, Ms. Veronica. Ms. Taylor. Ms. Kelly. Ms. E. Ms. Jones
I help others earn that same license — the one that says:
π§Ύ You are a professional.
π§ You know your craft.
π You matter. Always did and always will. And you knew it all along.
But beyond the paperwork, I help people reclaim the mirror —
not the one shaped by trauma, silence, or shame…
but the sacred one that reflects love, truth, and power.
We’re not just healing skin.
We’re healing self-image.
We’re breaking ancestral patterns.
And we’re doing it beautifully.
Thanks, G-ma, for taking me along on your Avon calls.
π₯ Breaking the Cycle
Let’s be real.
I inherited silence. Shame. Performance.
“How dare you.” “Who do you think you are?”
ππ½ “Be strong.” Um wait… I’m just a kid — I don’t know how to be strong.
π “Don’t talk about what happens in this house.” And lie only when we say it’s okay.
π§π½♀️ “Stay small so others feel big.” Hold up, that was my idea!
I followed all those rules… until they buried me. π
I was in college when I read Maslow’s hierarchy and cried real tears.
Not cute tears. Soul tears.
What a shock — but also a wake-up call I answered.
Why? Because no one had ever told me I mattered —
just because I am.
This is something I say to everyone now: You matter.
So now I break the cycle.
And have been for 30 years. Okayyy.
Thanks, Dr. Wayne Dyer.
Out loud. On purpose. Con coraje y compasiΓ³n. π₯π―️
π Honoring Yourself First
This isn’t rebellion. It’s restoration.
It’s disobedience of the good kind.
I’m not rejecting my family — I’ve just discovered the word No, and I mean it.
I say what I mean, I mean what I say, and I don’t say it mean. Talk about power!!
I’m rejecting the distorted mirror they handed me. No more Ay, bendito.
ππ½ I live my life. I make my choices.
As long as I’m not harming others,
✨ I have rights. I have voice. I have boundaries. I have my real self. Y punto. π
π§ Shifting from Wound to Wisdom
The old mirror told me:
“Shrink.”
“Hide.”
“Be nice, not honest.”
“Say thank you even when it hurts.” π
The new mirror?
π£️ Speak up — I’m not a secret anymore.
π Shine anyway — I walk in with purpose, not permission.
π± Grow even if they don’t clap — applause is optional. Evolution isn’t.
And yes, I teach this. I embody this.
I show up in beauty school and boardrooms with power and presence.
I’m the proof that healing looks good on you, me, us, we. π
π΅π½π§π½ Generational Liberation
I’m not just healing for me.
I’m healing for my grandchildren.
For my ancestors who never got to speak.
For every niece, cousin, and client watching me say:
𧬠“You can live with truth.”
π “You can stop performing.”
π “You can love yourself out loud — and that’s not selfish, it’s sacred.”
I’m a living, breathing, walking amends.
No more silence. No more shame.
Just a big ‘ole YES to soul freedom. ππ½π₯
Glow-up and Soul-up. Facts!!
So, in short?
And let’s be clear — I’m not short, I’m 5’7 and slender π
But in spirit? I’m seven feet tall in stilettos of truth. π ✨
πͺ The Spiritual Esthetics Mirror Manifesto says:
“I’m done seeing myself through other people’s fear, control, or dysfunction.
I’m claiming my clarity, my worth, and my right to evolve — with no shame in sight.”
